Looks like you have a little further to go on the seal... and you need to likely run some scotch brite around the crank to get the rust off...

That being said, you need to twist the oil pump drive...

No way in hell you should put that much heat on ANY pcb or surface mount component, let alone any layered PCB with IC's, but I digress; people do it and some times have success. Reflowing on a DME...

There is also a product found in box stores...

There is also a product found in box stores (HD/Lowes) called "Concrobium" that works very well to kill all mold/mildew without bombarding your interior with smell.
