86 C2 starting problems

I have a 1986 C2 with ~60K miles. I have owned the car for 4 years. I do not drive it in the winter, so it sits for ~6 months with the battery disconnected.

I have never had any problems with it...

When I purchased my 911, the PO supplied me with the wrong wheel lock key :(

Any recommendations on how to remove the wheel locks without having a key?

I purchased a 1986 911 Carrera in Semptember of 2005. The tires that came with it were Bridgestone Pontenza S03 Pole Position - Front 20555ZR16, Rear 22550ZR16.
