356racing - thanks for the reply - i have just had a look at the kits on stoddards and they seem to have the brass screws in and not the original type.

Mixture screws for solex 40's pii-4

Hi Guys

Does anybody have or know where i can get a set of mixture screws for my solex 40's.

After having my carbs rebuilt my original screws were replaced with the shorter type brass screw...

Thread size?

Hi

Can anybody tell me the thread size on my generator (pulley side). Generator is the 90mm type.

I would like to clean the thread up a little before i put a new nut on.
