It primarily does the rapid idle when I start her up in the morning, but it doesn't do it as bad after it warms up.Thanks i'll try jumping it to rest it, and if that isn't the problem i'll look for...

The sad part of posting this is that I knew that 98% of all vehicals are watercooled which means that it has a water pump. But my brain wasnt thinkin a the time. But thanks all for helpin me out.

I checked to see if it was the rubber disk and it wasnt that. So then i took off the tranny pan and cleaned it out real good. Then i flushed it. after putting it all back together I could move in...
