Disconnected over boost and still have problem. I am thinking it is likely a fuel pump relay problem. Have a couple on order.

Had this happen many years ago. Turned out that the rev limiter on the back side of the rotor had fried. Changed it out, presto problem solved, and a cheap fix as well. certainly worth a look.

Long story short ran my 03 duramax out of fuel. Topped it up, bled the fuel filter, and pumped up the pressure. No go. Any simple suggestions from the assembled brain trust?
