That's what I thought... that it would cut-off on shutdown. But it didnt. It only shut off after draining the battery.

Steering Rack Boot

Is there a trick for putting the steering rack boot back on?

I took it off for a quick check at the steering rack. Now trying to get it back on with out putting a hole in it.
