I'd sell my 944s for 1/10th of that with out even a second thought. I have a guy that stops in my shop with a 85 944 and he swears it appraised for $21K. I think he may be smoking that same stuff!

This may sound crazy, I had the same problem. (I think from the description) It was the o2 sensor. Tightened her up, no noise. It's worth checking.

with the battery connected and lights closed, when you start to raise the lights manually, do they cycle up and then close themselves automatically?

if you test this, be careful... lots of quick...

Anyone have an inexpensive solution to my unsightly cracked dash? I've seen the plastic covers, do they look as good as the photos? I'm not interested in the fabric dash covers either... Kinda picky...
