Forgot one critical R1100S part - the CF headlight surround. Good for another 10 mph at least.

BTW, it's *Earles*, no Earls. Only tried one on a hack, once (an old Dnepr, a Ukranian clone of a Ural, which was a clone of some older BMW ;-) ) Seemed pretty normal in that non-leaning application....
