914 Horn strange behavior

Finally got my 914 back on the road after two years!

Most everything works well, and now I'm trying to get the horn going.

Pressing the horn pad will engage the horns, but only when the turn...

Speedometer ticking?

My speedometer ticks.... actually, what is happening is the speedo needle twitches and when it does, it makes a relatively loud ticking noise... any suggestions?

On colder days, the car starts and fine when cold, but after slight warmup of the engine, I get fluctuating idle....

Seal installation help

Installing new seals, wondering what sort of lubrication would be good to use to assist with getting the seals in place. They are quite tough to slide on in some places.

You may just luck out there, depending on timing.
