You need a S&s2 16v ballast resistor and ignition...

You need a S&s2 16v ballast resistor and ignition module from a 16v car and you need to wire those two items into the front of car and into central electronics and then there’s 2 pins on the firewall...

No it won’t be easy, the solid mount will bolt to 68 crossmember but you would have to figure out how to custom mount the 68 hanger to the solid purple...

There’s a recline and forward handle down bye...

There’s a recline and forward handle down bye tunnel on right side of that seat at base. It’s a long plastic lever there that operates it forward and recline back!!!

Have you tried the lower inside handle down below center tunnel lever? Get another hand and play with both upper and lower handles while pushing seat down to try and release lock
