All, thanks a bunch for all the advice... my Bilsteins didn't come with a new nut or spanner wrench. I will try to get them from Bilstein before applying the ol' standby pipe wrench - not a concept...

Update on AC replacement... we've seen quite a few 99 to 100+ days here in Southern California and the AC is still extremely COLD. I do not regret doing this conversion.

I have an 83 SC Cab and I started to hear the moose only recently... it only groans for food for about 30 seconds from a cold start. I too think it the air reg.:D
