My 82 911 has a bad vaccum advance. One of the vacuum line connectors has come off the advance. I need a replacement. Anybody know a solution? The part seems to have been discontinued.

Mine was an outer spring... it had a top end rebuild at one point and I was sure the previous owner did the springs. I guess ultimately I will replace them all...

Yes the amount of Gas in the tank dropped dramatically. The Gas guage did not move erratically it was steadily dropping. I will look for a leak in the high pressure gas lines.
