All's well. Put in a 7.5 fuse and the blower working fine. Yes, the fuse block is on drivers side near battery (see pic a little farther away from first pic).

I want to disable the alarm horn. History: I have an 89 Cab with a 3rd party alarm. Goal is to use the keyless entry; don't care about alarm. Bought a new fob and it works but alarm occassionally...
