its not running extremely rich ... depending on your EGTs they may be able to add more timing for more power.
your build is running out of breath after 5k rpms which leads me to believe you didn't...

no thats how it is , find the right v-band flange...

no thats how it is , find the right v-band flange for a gt30 turbo . they are easy to find in websites where they sell this particular turbo....

also i might add that stiffer valve springs are imperative . using an aggressive cam grind means that at high rpms you will get valve float . also on high boost situations you may see the same...

i know that the ferrea valves are , and if the OEM ones aren't then you can see some benefits from the difference of alloys alone as SS valves will...

my fathers car has 964 cams , no problem ..... ...

my fathers car has 964 cams , no problem .....

and the 911 cranks are already pretty thin to begin with .. the counterweights are small..
