axil out of hub?!

Hey! i am getting there in the few minuts i have to work on my car at night... But how do i get the axil outta the hub? I put the nut on it and tryed hitting it with a hammer.. i have dont this many...

Hi Thankyou for your input, the car was origenally yellow.. I think i am going to leave it the same, I figure it would be alot easyer.. Maybe at a later time i'll paint it red or a midnight blue.

I havent worked on Porsches yet.. I do however build up motors for cars, and i find alot of time rough idle can also be due to a vacuum leak... take a can of Carb cleaner and spray around the engine...

I just got a 914. my first porsche,

Its a 914 runs good, great interior, alot of extra parts, has a 1.7 with the dual delorto carbs on it, came with new floor pans, extra doors alot of little parts, extra top, new door and trunk...
