Also seems like the brakes are not as good as they were before I changed them. Is it possible, that it will get better as you drive more ?

Hi guys,
I'm trying to change my brake pads on my 2006 BMW 325i I done it many times on other cars, but I don't think, that allen key will do it seems like it's perfectly rounded, so I don't know.
