Not worth it if USAA robs you of 1000s of dollars on a claim. The delay tactics used by USAA was incredible to pay my claim. I'm in the process of moving all of my accounts to another company.

The seals were replaced about 10 years ago, so I would assume the seals are bad. I did review the link you sent (thanks!) and it might be worth checking, but it seems 10 years may warrant new seals....
