The 78/79 are a little different, they don't have the temp sensor in the dash, so no numbered temp scale on the slider. Not sure if it's the same for euros.

You can jumper the fuel pump, which pressurizes the system, and the injectors won't do a thing, no fuel will come out of the injectors (otherwise our CIS engines would flood every time we jumpered...

Maybe it's different on the 78, on my 79 the intensive washer is only plumbed into the windshield washers.

Pushing button on the bottom right of the pod turns wipers on for 2 passes and sprays...
