1982 911SC CDI troubleshooting

The book says check fuse 22 for power to my CDI module. However none of my repair manuals even show a fuse 22. Highest number is 21.

I think I have found the issue. Like I said , literally everything is brand new - except for the vacuum booster- whose operation is proven to be flawless. Vacuum (or lack of it) is not the problem....
