There are two wires...one is a wire off a wire (2 connectors) and is red (from + side of battery cable). The other looks like a brown wire.

Car is a 74 914 1.8. Pulled off the air flow sensor cap and found water (and rust). Will a defective air flow sensor prevent an engine from firing?? I'm trying to diagnose several potential problem...

Post 914 Door Handle Removal

Car is '74 1.8...problem removing outside door handle. Haynes manual says: from inside the door panel remove the socket headed bolt.
Question is: is this an "allen" socket and if so...what size?
