Removing ABS?

Just curious to see if anyone has ever delved into removing the ABS from their/a bike ... esp. all of the hydraulics? If so, what was involved and what was needed other than the obvious new brake...

R1100S stock ABS wheels for sale

I have a pair of original BMW stock ABS wheels for sale; front is 3.5x17 (of course) and the rear is 5.0x17. They currently have used Dunlop 205s mounted, but I can have them removed no problem....
