FYI, I purchased an AUTEL OLS301 tool on Ebay for $130 shipped to reset Service Reminders 1,2 and 3. The tool was easy to use and worked great.

It may fit onto the hubs, but may not fit over the gas tank for storage.
I think LA Porsche Dismantlers has spares for earlier 911s.
