started the engine the engine got hot and suddenly the right turn signal is on. front and rear. when i blink...

hey my fuel gauge is showing max, when ther is no fuel on tank.
the part that i don't understand is:

pin 3: how do you get the aluminum tube grounded with an airtight seal?

i got 3 strings...
