No, Koni struts can only use Koni inserts. Bilstein struts can only use Bilstein inserts. Boge struts have many different compatible inserts (Koni, Bilstein, Boge, KYB, and more).

Yes there is a rubber seal that goes around the glass lens. The part number is 91163196700.
H4 and H1 Bosch lenses both use that seal.
