The bill hasn’t “passed.” It’s only passed the Senate. It now needs to go to the Assembly. Where who knows, but imo is likely to die.

They need to cancel their Cox TV subscription, and sign up for DirectTV instead its place. DirectTV is apparently affiliated with Spectrum, so they get SportsNet LA.
