Wouldn't you also be concerned about repaints from rust repairs from salting the roads?

I would be a little concerned about a car that had been resprayed might have been full of rust and worry...

Not sure if this is what your meaning... but if you have threaded holes in your Blown 6 cooler, you should be able to find alum or brass air-hose barbed ended fittings with threads...
