ALRIGHT!!!! The pins are separate and were soldered/brazed. Very tidy in the soldering process, hardly any flux and such. That being said $500.

WELD a nut on. The heat will help. I have done this numerous times. For the studs that are broke off even or less I use the drilling jig made by a pelicanite. It works f'in great.

And the spark issue that I never answered was plug wires. With the old wires I could see lightning where the wires were touching. Replaced and left original Permatune in and fired up perfectly.
