It looks like my 2001 986s 6speed 94,000 miles has blown its engine. On starting in my driveway it had an extremely rough idle, flashing CEL, engine codes:

Best $1.99 a TALL Boxster driver can spend

When I move my Boxster seat all the way back (and then wish for more legroom),
the seatback rubs on the rollbar. The squeaking drives me nuts.
12" of Velco ($1.99/ft at Aco Hardware) fixed it....
