I did a test where I run wire from the battery...

I did a test where I run wire from the battery straight to the low beam fuse. The low beams came on when I did this. Do I just need to order that relay or did I also need to order a new switch?

I have yet to check the fuses, but what I did notice is that when I barely touch the stalk the low beams will come on. Could this mean that the stalk is bad?

Any tips will be greatly appreciated.

If my clutch is not fully releasing, wouldn't i notice it when shifting into other gears? in any gear other than reverse, there is no problem when shifting into them.
