Quick release connectors on susp compressor

Hi,

I want to bench-test my suspension compressor (2003 turbo). I can't get the pipes lose that connect the compressor to the dryer (quickreleases). Any tips here?

All 3.2's have this (At least in Eurospec), some more then the others.

"Replace everything" helps...

Replaced the lower control arm on the left rear...

Replaced the lower control arm on the left rear (EUR 40, standard E36!!!) realligned and I am back in business.

You have to onbold the diff in order to get the control arm out. It's only 2 bolts...

I have a 98 3.2 321 HP M3 Coupé that idles like a diesel as well. Dealer says not to worry. I do track and > 250 kph Autobahn regularly and car is OK.
