Make sure the filter box is not cracked. Engine hesitated, sputtered between 2 and 3 k on acceleration. I could never tune it for all ranges/all temperatures. Eventually found cracked filter box.

If your concrete floor doesn't give way under your tires, you should be OK. The specific loading (lbs/ sqin) from the jack posts is probably less from the tires due to the difference in patch size....
