how to remove weber manifold studs

Trying to remove the manifold studs without ruining the manifolds. Do they unscrew or press out? Do you have to drill them?

It is oval. The hose is flexible and collapses to fit the oval opening. It just plugs right in and has a couple of little teeth that keeps the hose connected. You don't even need any zip ties.
