Depends on where you live. In California, the mobile windshield repair guys are able to get them quite easily. Mine was about $125.00 installed, about three years ago.

That block is a 71, 1.7. What you are describing is a 2.0, so you are out of luck for the windage tray.

You can find 2.0s cases pretty easily. I have a couple if you need one.
