Does anyone have a diagram of the order the internal parts go on the slave. I don't see any type of snap ring or keeper to re-assemble the new one I just blew out.

I'm pretty sure the noise is the rear axle cv joint. I'll tackle it next time I have garage access. Probably replace wheel bearings also.

I'm having trouble locating my cam position sensor. I have a Bentley which states I should be able to access them from the top of the engine, left front and right rear. I can't see either of them...

Okay finally replaced the CPS and it solved my hot start issue. Now I have rattles and vent problems to chase for a while. Thanks for all who replied.
