It's my understanding that in order to replace the rms on a 964 , the engine has to be split, in which case, my might as well rebuild the engine.
That is what a mechanic told me.

I'm looking at a clean 98 Boxster with 64K miles. The owner states that the engine turns over fine, but will not start. Any Boxster owners experience this problem?
Would an IMS failure cause this?...
