Let me run it at night around 4k and check for any arcing. My suspicion is it is fuel related since I have replaced everything making up the ignition part of the engine and the results are the same....

It almost looks like the spacer that goes under the throttle linkage in the 3.0 and 2.7 engines. I think those measurements are 37mm L, 13mm OD, 8mm ID.
