Rattle at idle. Light flywheel or clutch?

I’m looking at buying a 1999 996 C4. It has a lightened TPC clutch and flywheel. The car makes a noticeable rattle at idle that goes away with the clutch depressed. I called TPC. The guy said it is completely normal because of the lightened flywheel. Anyone know about this?

Here is a video/audio

If it is not a oem type dual mass flywheel it will make noise. I would insure it rattles from that area
