Weak start

New to Porsche, this is my first and it sounds a bit off when starting[video attached]
I had the battery tested and it checked out ok. And although it sounds weak upon starting it cranks almost every time. I did have an extended drive for an hour plus, and when I tried to crank it would not even try to start. I roll started it and then when I stopped and tried to restart, it worked, so I'm not sure why it would not restart after a long drive. Any feedback would be appreciated. Year 2000 996 c2, 68k

Also the starter can start to slow down with age, especially when warm.
