Locking Lug Bolt
Hi all
I have a 1999 996 and while removing the tires, I broke the tool for the locking lug bolt. I looked through eBay and the Pelican listings, but cannot find a matching lug nut tool. As shown in the pics, my tool has six inner teeth that are spaced equally around the circumference. The two 'recommended' ones that I have found are either multi splines or have six inner teeth that are not equally spaced. Any thoughts, outside of the dealer, as to where I could go to find a replacement tool? Only other option is to swap out locking bolts for non-locking. Thanks in Advance ![]() ![]() d

Get a set of these or pound a torx socket over them to remove.

That is a nice tool from Eastwood - wished I had seen it sooner. Altho I did save $20 by spending 3 or 4 hours with a set of metal drill bits. Eventually weakened it enough to be able to get an odd sized socket on it. WOuld love the locking lug bolts, but the pattern is different than mine. Thanks for the reply jb
