2009 911 c4s misfires one 1 bank - any porsche techs here?
Bank 1 , cylinder 1, 2, 3 misfires only after full operating temp reached and rpm brought above 2000 rpm.
-swapped coils and plugs -swapped vario cam actuating solenoids -visually inspected cat, no deterioration visible, pre and post temps ok -manifold vacuum ok -smoke tested intake - no visible leaks -air oil separator seems ok -all measured values i can check with fuel, MAF, cats, cams, temps, voltages, are within spec/nominal -intake flap actuator operates (can't see flap position) The only thing that is off is the correction value for H040 = -25% which usually indicates an air leak after the throttle body if im not mistaken.... Any thoughts? |

Is that correct where it will only misfire when its hot and only after 2000 RPM's.
So when the RPM's drop back to idle, the misfires go away, even when warm? Do you have a Durametric to try and activate high valve lift? What do your fuel trims and o2 sensors voltage look like? |

You need a software tool to read the valve timing value off that bank. Compare that to the other side.
