911 P 209 Tool Verses Boxster

From the depths of the knoledge base here, is there any useful application for the 911 P 209 crank pully tool on a 2010 Boxster? i.e., same sized and drilled pulley somewhere in the hidden engine bay............

Here's a peep: The P 209 is a fan belt pulley tool used on air cooled cars and has no application on water cooled engines:

"Pulley Wrench needed for securing the generator from rotating during R&R of pulley or fan belt.
