How do change Celsius to Fahrenheit on 991? Plus weird cruise control

My friend picked up a 2014 991 Turbos S today. He has a few issues with the car so far.
1. In the instrument cluster the readout for water, oil, and exterior temps are in Celsius and he needs to know how to switch them to Fahrenheit.
2. Cruise control works for a minute or two then the display flashes a cruise icon with a slash through it and stops working. It’s like the cruise shuts itself off and can not be turned on again until the icon changes again… very strange.
3. The car did not come with an owners manual. Is there a place to download one for this year and model?
