coolant
my 2000 s runs about 190-195 in all all climate conditions from 95 degree summer days to 30 degree winter.
New water pump and thermostat, last summer, if I replace the coolant, should I use distilled water and keep cool?Or stick with anti freeze.

If you don't use a mix of coolant and distilled water (50/50), you risk corroding the Hell out of the system.
I would check the accuracy of the dash display, they are notoriously inaccurate. If the dash is accurate, I would be pulling the front fascia cover off and cleaning out the accumulated trash between the radiators and AC.
