2011 997 not blowing cold air

2011 997 with 15k miles is not blowing cold air. I know this is a silly question without using test equipment but with such low mileage could it be just low on refrigerant and what refrigerant does it use?
Is this unusual to have this issue so early?
Thanks

Yes it is possible it is low on refrigerant . But if it is low where did it go ? Sealed systems are not supposed to leak but there are various fittings and o-rings that can leak . AC systems need to run to carry oil to the compressor and those o-rings .

Is your compressor cycling on and off ? Not coming on at all ? You really need to get a set of gauges on it to diagnose .

There are a variety of reasons why the system isn't working; there are low and high pressure switches, compressor temperature switch, failure of the clutch engagement, and of course, not enough gas. Diagnostics are required.
