Potential 2013 4s purchase questions

Hello everyone I was just wondering if anyone can advise me on a car I am looking to purchase.
I am familiar with the air cooled cars and I own a few but we found a very nice 2013 911 4s convertible with 14k on it. Has all the receipts and dealer service records.

Car is dry underneath with no seepage that I can see.

Owned by an older gentleman

Everything works as it should

I Can’t find many Issues with 2013 that stands out to me anywhere but wondering if anyone has any insight?

I just sprang for an '09 C2S coupe less than a month ago, also with low mileage, and I'm very happy with it. Your '13 C4S convertible sounds very nice. Is the transmission a PDK or manual?

One thing you didn't mention is a CarFax report. It might be worthwhile to spend the $30 or $40 to get that report.
