Car won’t start - 07 997 (Crank No Start)

Good morning everyone, I apologize in advance for my bad English
I own a 2007 Porsche 997 turbo in Italy.
Yesterday it worked perfectly, today it doesn't turn on anymore! Car won't start (Crank No Start)
  • new and charged battery, always on mains maintainer
  • the starter motor runs perfectly
  • disconnected and reconnected the battery after a couple of hours (in the hope that there were some errors to be reset)
  • Starting test also done with second keys (without success)
  • fuel pumps work perfectly
  • all fuses and relays are ok! (both the front ones and those behind the seats)
the continuous machine does not start! the starter motor turns but no combustion occurs
when I try to start it there is a strong smell of petrol
do you have any advice for me?

Thank you

Sounds like no spark. Check for spark, maybe Flywheel position sensor quit? All fuses good?

Not sure if it is the same on the 997, but I replaced my Battery Cable to the starter and all of my starting issues went away.
The cable was totally corroded (which I could only tell AFTER I took it out).

I also replaced the starter but 99% sure it was the cable.

Post where I worked through the issue:
