996tt ignition coil experience

Happy Friday!!!

I would like feedback about ignition coils for 996 Turbos.

Rennline coils are inexpensive but.......any user comments??

Any experience with other coils?

Thanks in advance!!!

Knock off junk, and as big a pain as these are to change out, use factory coils as they work.

We created this kit as an upgrade over the stock coils. Twice the coil energy using a factory MS Bosch coil.

Kit comes with coils, short adapter harnesses and coil mount that bolt to stock coil mounting locations. As this coil has a different connector, Adapter harness makes it plug and play.

We recommend a slightly cooler plug which we can add.

If you need further info, PM me or email the office, [email protected].

How is the fit up against the exhaust/turbo with these on the 996TT, on ALL 6 cylinders?

Cheers

Have had no issues and have not had anyone tell me different. I guess a custom exhaust could be an issue.

JFP : I assume you buy parts from a wholesale distributor as you are in the biz . Do you get counterfeit parts or do wholesalers do a good job of weeding out ? Just curious as the various forums say counterfeit parts are getting to be a bigger problem every day .

We are wholesale with several vendors; but that said, the moment we spot something questionable like knock off parts being substituted, the vendor is done and loses our business. That is one of the reasons we do no business with pelican.
