Muffler Bracket Reinstall Question

Just picked up a 1999 996, and the previous owner had removed not only the mufflers but the brackets that hold them up. Its a bit loud for me now and I want to reinstall the brackets as well as the mufflers until I decide something else. Regardless, I believe I need the brackets back on for any future muffler.

Is there a way to shimmy it into place around the headers without removing the headers? Also- I'm missing hardware - anyone know the hardware spec?

Another follow up. If I remove the bumper and heat shields does that make installing this bracket easier?

Figured it out! Removing the ground strap and valve heat shields gave me just enough room to finesse it in. Also- for any future reference - the bolts are M8x30mm
