Bursch Exhaust and Headers
Any thoughts on the Bursch Exhaust and header system? I was thinking about putting in on my 86 944 NA. What kind of power increase will I see if any? How loud?

IMHO The headers are loud in an annoying ricey way, very raspy. I cant comment on HP gains because I never drove the car.

I had on my 85.5 (RIP) and it seems way throatier coming out of the engine. Not ricey at all. Can't even speculate on the gains or lack thereof. In either scenario you probay wont loose much or gain much. I put in my NA cuz the previous ones were cracked. BTW if you do get Bursch Headers be aware that your car will smoke literally for 30mins or so until the paint is burned off. Would not recommend driving during that time. You wont see anything on top of possible iminent death do to toxins ommiting during the burnout phase.
BTW I may sell those to you if interested...2 years old.
