Sad when Mom has to help!!

In the midst of a timing failure things such as a compression check and other things needed, the help of a second person is really a gift from above, or at least here in the middle of a corn field it is a grace from God!

I know it is long passed Mother's Day but when I am having a time getting a second person to assist and my Mother feels my pain, she at 80 years old, volunteered to lend a hand so I can get back on the road!...And she lives 350 miles away!

What a trooper my Mom is! And I am nominating her for the Porsche Car Hall of Fame!

Do not get angry at me now, she is just going to be installing a clutch, nothing she can't handle!

I'll be impressed if I can still walk at 80...or remember my name. And driving 350 miles to help...well, let's just say I hope that my daughter's education is paying off so the mechanic can get paid.

Getting in and out of a Porsche at 80...well that just isn't going to happen and working on them is out of the question. I second your nomination.

Believe me.... I am praying it is hereditary!

She is the youngest of 3 sisters(92 and 86) and is the leader of the pack. All live less than 5 minutes away from one another and where there is function going on or a brunch they are there. The 3 gals have more git up and go than I could ever wish to.
